Home Health Aide Service

Our certified home health aides provide personal care to patients in the home under the supervision of a registered nurse. The nurse will visit prior to the aide's assignment to assess the needs of the patient and the home environment. The nurse then develops a home health aide plan of care and periodically follows up with the patient to ensure satisfaction with our service.

Personal care services delivered by our home health aides include:

• Bathing, personal hygiene and grooming

• Meal preparation, light housekeeping and laundry

• Assistance with prescribed therapy and exercise programs

• Notifying manager and/or family of any observed problems
